Introducing the Migraine Center of Excellence

The American Headache Society and Medscape announce collaboration on a new resource for the treatment of migraine

We are thrilled to announce The American Headache Society’s first collaboration with Medscape, the Migraine Center of Excellence. The establishment of this partnership will create an invaluable resource dedicated to compiling the latest insights on diagnostic, therapeutic and prevention strategies for all physicians who treat migraine and other diseases that cause severe head pain.

Migraine is a disabling neurological condition that affects nearly one billion people worldwide, yet there are few trained headache specialists, meaning migraine and head pain disorders often go undiagnosed and untreated. Still, we are at an extremely exciting time within the field, and we are excited to share our perspectives and emerging research with this exciting initiative.
