Guest Passes - $100

Guest passes are available for purchase via online registration and at the registration desk once onsite. Guest passes will provide access to evening receptions. All guests must be 21 or older.
 

Registration Information

In-person

In-person registration includes admittance to all educational sessions (except where noted), the exhibit hall, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks each day, and several evening receptions during the event. In-person registration also includes full access to the On Demand recordings, which will be available to registrants after the meeting from June 30 until December 31, 2026. 

In-person attendees must wear their conference badge at all times during the event. In the event your badge is lost, please visit the onsite registration desk to have your badge reprinted.

On Demand

On Demand registration includes full access to the recordings on Education On Demand, which will be available to registrants after the meeting from Tuesday, June 30 through Thursday, December 31, 2026. To see which sessions will be recorded please view the agenda tab. Pre-courses will be available separately.

Please note, our On Demand (virtual) offering no longer includes livestreamed content. 

Plenary Pals Program

If this is your first time at the Annual Scientific Meeting, sign up for the Plenary Pals program during registration and be paired with an experienced attendee who can help guide you through the agenda and meet with you onsite to ensure your experience is fantastic!

Forms of Payment

Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. AHS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. AHS reserves the right to charge the correct amount if different from your calculated total. Charges will appear on your statement as “AHS Registration.”

Checks are acceptable when registration is submitted by mail or completed onsite at the meeting. Checks must be made payable (in US dollars) to the American Headache Society and issued by a US correspondent bank. The registrant is responsible for any and all bank charges. Mail to:

Wire Transfers are accepted provided that the NET AMOUNT of the wire (after bank fees) is sufficient to cover all registration fees in US dollars. Please contact AHS Registration (856-423-0043 or ahshq@talley.com) for additional information on wire transfer payments.

Group Discounts

AHS encourages you and your colleagues to take advantage of the discounted fees available when two or more from an organization (same location) register for the meeting. Registration for one attendee must be completed first at full price. Then, contact ahshq@talley.com with the attendee’s information and to receive your discount code. A code will then be provided to receive a discount of $25.00 per additional attendee. 

Sponsor a Trainee or Scholarship Participant 

If you would like to pay the registration fee for a Trainee or scholarship participant, please email ahshq@talley.com with their information and instructions for payment. 

Letters of Invitation

If requested, the AHS will send a personal invitation for participation at the 66th Annual Scientific Meeting. This invitation is only meant to assist participants in raising travel funds and obtaining a VISA. This is not a commitment on the part of the AHS to provide any financial support.

Health and Safety Policy

The American Headache Society (AHS) prioritizes the health and safety of all attendees at its events. We closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities to implement best practices. AHS remains committed to adapting protocols as needed based on official recommendations. AHS requires all attendees, speakers, and sponsors/exhibitors to abide by any applicable rules of conduct and/or local or state laws that may be announced at any time before or during the event.

Cancellation Policy

Requests must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Once the cancellation is processed, all fees (less a $100.00 processing fee) will be refunded. If paid by credit card, please allow up to five business days for the credit to show in your bank account. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE MAY 13 DEADLINE. 

Moving From In-person to On Demand

Attendees wishing to move from the In-person to On Demand Experience due to health, inability, or discomfort with traveling may change their registration at any point with no penalty.
